My Chronicles #10
Training's done, passed the practical examinations and just finished my second day in the transition queue. Call handling is not very hard, I'm mostly having difficulty about how the calls are logged and how cases are owned.
As for last weekend, just stayed at home nothing much to do but a few simple house work I guess. Monday, I finally went to the bike shop to have our bike setup with a side car. It would be extremely difficult though to use it since our gate is not wide enough to accommodate it. Also had the chain of Janel's bike fixed. Later that afternoon, I picked up her books, went home rested for an hour then prepared for work! I was surprised that I wasn't as tired as I thought. Taking calls kept me awake. After work, I just slept in the female nap room. When I woke up, felt really hungry then ate Pork Chow Fan in Chowking. Also bought plastic covers for Janel's books, and markers for use at work (Each of us have our own white board and cubicle)
When I got home yesterday, that's when I felt tired but I still managed do my regular Kumon session with my kid. I was still able to get enough sleep so I had enough energy to take calls last night. Kakapanibago lang talaga yung trabaho maraming pagkakaiba sa previous company na pinagtrabahuhan ko. Although I'm also excited at the same time to learn new things about the job.
As for today, it was raining when I left the office, which was at about 10:45 am (I slept in the office since I'm off at 4am) . Felt hungry again, kaya napakain na naman ako, this time sa Mang Inasal. Haays, grabe talaga manghila ng paa ang restaurant na yun! Hahaha! Pero I have to promise myself later, that I will have to eat half cup of rice na lang. Bawi na lang siguro ako sa dessert or I should start using the gym of the company. Wahihi. Anyway, when I got home, I saw Janel riding her bike in the rain. It's really nice going home with somebody greeting you with a genuine smile in the face. Makes it worthwhile to go to work everyday.
